Founded in 2024 as a partnership between Plastic Manufacturing Technologies, LLC and Synergy Prototype Stamping, LLC, Synergy Molding Technologies (SMT) is a supplier of superior tooling and molding solutions, including traditional CNC machined molds and industry-leading 3D printed tooling for complex part designs. 

Our solutions are catered to each customer’s needs whether they be for cost reduction, improved molding performance, and/or expedited off-tool part delivery timing. We have no size limitations for our 3D printed steel injection molds, and this technology allows us to include both conformal heating and cooling in virtually every mold printed. SMT also produces conventional tooling and can help you determine when, and when not, to consider 3D printing for your molds.
